Leadership at the top consists of the most tenured employees, most of whom have not gained valuable sales experience anywhere else. They are set in their ways and are not receptive to feedback or new ideas. They are quick to blame and fire as opposed to taking any responsibility themselves. I truly learned nothing since being there

Overall experience was that the head of sales runs a ship of younger reps that she can control. The top leadership at this company is awful if you're a seasoned Sales person or Sales Manager. Not a bad place to start your career but Head of Sales doesnt quite know what she's doing and maybe one of the worst managers I've come across in my 15+ years in this industry
