Overall experience was poor - no sales process, product required engineering intervention to get working on a basic level, no product market fit, low inbound lead flow, generally a ton of confusion, passive aggression and lacking direction. This place was great from a technical learning perspective but overall I don't recommend it.

Had a great experience overall at ActiveState. The company had a great culture and ensured the right tools/systems were in place for sales to be successful. Product/Market fit was ultimately not there which is why I left, but should they figure this out to a compelling degree, this would be a great organization to stay and grow at.
