Former Employee During my time at Aeroflow Sleep, I consistently exceeded referral targets by over 200%. However, there were challenges with the patient service process, where many patients could not be reached or set up with their prescribed devices. This impacted overall success and was a company-wide issue. Additionally, I experienced a difficult work environment due to a lack of support from HR regarding concerns about management behavior.
