Comp is not that great - you don’t get paid commission until you get promoted to a certain level, which is not made clear up front. Read reviews here & Glassdoor, wish I just held off instead of wasting time here, because interviewing while working here is difficult.

Former Employee4.0Sep 23, 2024My overall experience was very negative. You can make a lot of money but the lifestyle is rough. Most employees leave within 2 years even the high performing ones. The culture is incredibly toxic. Everyone is looking to back stab each other and leadership not only tolerates it but prefers it.
