Current Employee Not a “bad” company… Not an Awesome company. Bonus is based on a team goal. If you have low performers it will affect your bonus. Not much room for upward movement unless you move to Bay Port,MN . Leadership is more concerned with check the box activities vs real tangible results. As an experienced sales professional I want to be compensated on my sales performance. Am I growing market share? Am I meeting or exceeding target goals? I want to be compensated for my work independent of other teammates performance.
