Former Employee I worked at the company for 11 years. It started as a small company with 30 employees and grew to 700. The work environment can be fun but also very intense with the straight commission pay structure. As the company grew and acquired other companies the transitionitional period did not go smoothly and we lost a lot of key employees due to the frustration.
