Overall the Company has am incredible product, devoted to their clients. People that work at the company are very nice, smart and driven. Company is transitioning from small to large, doing acquisitions which creates turn over and constant change.

Compensation could be better for the base salary. Commissions are good. Very competitive market and a lot pf pressure from the Big 3.
