Current Employee Biomerieux, You is a fantastic organization to be a part of. At least in my experience. Upper leadership, however, has not been doing well. The North American, vice president who wad brought in to, “modernize” or “update” the structure of the sales teams in 2023 has the entire organization stressed out. Their goals are ridiculously high, and some divisions are having to take a backseat to other divisions in terms of investment and focus. We’ve had several changes in product focus in the same year which is difficult when trying to manage longer sales cycles. BMX has a great sales team who are very talented, but upper management is clueless on how to leverage that talent for the good of the customer and company. She needs to go immediately.
