Startup to only so much can be expected. But there is a serious issue with the inbound/mql system. Reps struggling to even get a single inbound a month. Lots of cold calling, expect 150+ a day, but realistically 200+. No clear path to AE is also a con. Not said out loud but position is setup for burnout, expect to be cold calling most of the day with a developing brand that nobody you cold call will know.

The leadership was very poor. This company is manufacturing products in a very up and coming industry and their ability to manage the company was very poor. The C-Level employees are not very experienced and they are only concerned with their job titles. Financially, the company is not doing well according to Wall Street analysts.
