My overall experience was pleasant. I consistently hit quota but saw a lot of turnover in my time there as you do in the timeshare industry. Base pay sucks but commission was really good. BIG SHOUT OUT TO MEZZ and SAMMY best managers I have ever had. Love those guys and everything they taught me.

Hourly job in high school . 2 years only. Not much to say other than this was over a long time ago and was my first sales job. Good sales job for a 16-year-old kid.

It was a great experience but I feel as if we are underpaid and the lead flow in the retail stores (which is where you get leads) are very on and off which make it hard to be consistent
