Not a lot of professional development. They hired outside sales training companies to try to teach us about value proposition. The problem was that the market was so saturated with these service providers and we were the most expensive one. Heavily dependent on weather events such as hurricanes, so if no hurricanes were to hit, then you were out of luck.

Little to no training or professional development. Leadership and management is non-existent. Highly competitive market. Pricing for services in a competitive market was way too high. Toxic work environment.
