Independent contractor commission only role at a sales org, with limited sales training, but very competitive pricing / commission structure and strong relationship with largest installer in the industry.

My overall experience was that there’s a lot of favoritism that’s going on and a lot of leads moved to managers. They even want to charge you if it’s a self gen lead. Overall on paper the pay looks good, but it’s really not.

Boundless has a gigantic opportunity to capitalize on what could be an incredible business model. However, they continuously drop the ball on deliverables, transparency, expectations, training, and sales support. Overall, hustlers win big here and just about everyone else dies on the vine. Good company, mix with FF is beneficial, lots of Rahrah from top leadership, but alas it's the main thing they can do to help. High turnover due to pure commission.
