Company culture is lacking the right edge, no mentoring is offered on any level, base salaries are far behind market standart. There was a time that compansation was the only thing that keeps you motivated to work there but since the last change of managment, that drive was taken as well from sales

My overall experience was different for this position. Since I started as SDR manager and got promoted 2 times to Senior Business Development manager. But my salary didn't raise accordingly

Company reduced rates up to 80% vs competitors, as the competitor dropped their rates, BD followed, even buying out contracts. Did not compensate reps for having to take these deep cuts in revenue.
