My overall experience was great. The culture is very solid. Leaders care for you as an individual and are committed to learning and development. However, base compensation has to be among the lowest in this field and in sales. This is offset by an aggressive comp plan, but until you get there and build that base, times are tough.

Truly believe the company will succeed down the line, just not a great market to be in at the moment and also experiencing some growing pains as a startup. Company culture and the employees there are all amazing.
