Current Employee Training is thorough but cookie cutter. If you need anything specific, it's expected that you figure it out on your own. Mistakes are taken as learning opportunities, but often the feedback provided is lacking in depth. Compensation is low in general, although they are attempting to make it more performance based. Those that want to earn more will have more opportunity to do so, but not in a managerial capacity, you are expected to sell on your own time to offset your wage.
