It's a fantastic culture and training opportunities are brilliant, with management allowing a good balance between independence and providing support when needed. However base salary + commission structure is mildly competitive for HR SaaS but not in the overall tech industry.

The company are “nice” with good benefits, however the practices of the BD team are very outdated and it doesn’t help they have a sub-par product with a bad market reputation. Definitely more of a stepping stone opportunity rather than a company you’d want to build a career with. Below average salary, and absolutely market bottom commission structure.
