My overall experience has been good. Selling one of the oldest types of advertising does come with its challenges. I've gained a ton of experience by completing the full sale cycle, from prospecting to closing. As well as using other departments such as the creative and marketing team to collaborate on deals. I've managed all types of accounts, from attorneys to restaurants and more, this has allowed me to learn so much in regard to sales/business development.

Unprofessional, slimy, hypocritical, unethical treatment of employees. Favoritism, that also depends on the day. Everyone is disposable here. Local manager fired 2 people within her 1st month around the holidays to hire a family member. Made some employees work late while partying with other of her direct reports.
