Cloud Store puts no value in developing or supporting their reps, its either sink or swim with a service that is very unnecessary and hard for the customer to justify spending hundreds, and many times thousands more just to use. The software has promise, but the main economic engine is the brokerage, which is broken due to poor leadership and support.

It's a boiler room, and the close rate is close to 1 in 500. You are expected to make a hundred calls a day. Average net profit per sale is 4k, pure commission at 20% of net profit, and quota is 4-5 machines per month. Average rep sales per month is 2.4 machines.
