2. PMF. product that solves the problems your ICP has today or that accelerates future revenue.
3. Top-tier product. offers the best: (1) UX (e.g. dev experience), (2) productivity gain (e.g. more code in less time), (3) considerable savings for on-par experience (20-30%+ more cost effective w/o degrading DevEx).
4. Playbook Culture.
5. Leadership. visionaries that want to win the end game, not the use case. Folks that strive to become the greatest company ever.
