It’s pretty intense but that’s the nature of a fast growing company. Hoping to exceed my quota this quarter lots of opportunity to do so. Need to be a self starter not much enablement

Common Room has an amazing product with an EPD team that continues to build and improve. This is a super fast paced, exciting environment where you can thrive if you stick with it, continue to learn, and continue to grind.

Leadership is product-focused and seems to be an elite EPD team coming mostly from Facebook, Dropbox and Amazon. Sales leadership turned over 2x in 6 months and while I was there it was difficult to advocate for needs of sales in this environment. It's a great product, especially if you've worked in sales before. Solid, hardworking team with achievable goals. It's hard work but the best kind of hard work in this kind of a role and company size.
