My overall experience was chaotic and demoralizing. Despite delivering strong results, the organization was plagued by toxic top-down leadership. The CEO ruled through fear, micromanagement, and unpredictable decision-making. Mass hiring sprees were followed by abrupt firings—often with less than 24 hours’ notice and no explanation. There was no real enablement, psychological safety, or strategic vision, making long-term success nearly impossible.
