Low compensation and no transparency regarding base AE comp. Each year commission tiers are paid out less and they also reduced new logo payout. If you’re considering another role beware. It’s more than likely your other offer is superior.

For a PE the culture, Cordance is way better than Silicon Valley backed companies that I’ve seen/worked for!. Leadership & senior leadership communicates and exudes a sincere desire to care! Some growth pains but mitigated well with common sense direction, clear expectations and effective communication. I recommend working for Cordance!

Overall positive experience and culture. It’s a PE backed by a PE. Adjust expectations accordingly. Good crew running the ship that seem to care about the people supporting their efforts! I’m thankful for my role here and despite the warts, plan to stay and make a good run here.
