Current Employee On paper, the company looks solid with multiple donations to schools and products in the pipeline to access the US market. Unfortunately, looking through reviews on Glassdoor gives a glimpse into the ambiance of the organization.
From a sales perspective, the onboarding is nonexistent. The expectation is to hit the ground running. They are not adequately establishing roles and are wasting talent on cold calling.
From a production perspective, seems the CA site will no longer be required to be up and running and everything will shift to the GA production facility.
The room for improvement is abysmal and the care of the employees needs to be sustainable, if one doesn’t perform, the door is shown right away.
The tools to succeed in this organization are far from subtle in order to have a better opportunity to show one's value to the organization, commitment, and will to do as required.
