Current Employee Coretrust is not a company I would recommend working for. The management team lacks effective leadership, making it difficult to trust decisions or see any long-term vision. Layoffs seem frequent and poorly handled, creating an unstable work environment and low morale among employees. Overall, it feels like a place where people are undervalued, and job security is nonexistent.
