Current Employee Constantly churning organization with longstanding products and relationships, undermining work culture, product verticals have to fight each other for resources, sales teams have to wait their turn to promote their products, and leadership pats themselves on the back endlessly with no real value added top down or bottom up. Company and previous CEO parted ways with no replacement CEO at the helm, company direction feels stagnant for the better part of 2 years.
