Strong leadership and experienced team with a high upside product. Fast environment and a lot of opportunity to keep growing in the company while also getting coached and training. Fanatical Prospecting environment and not a boys club. No Inbound "yet" because the company is so new regarding ramping up to scale. An outbound motion for sure so it isn't a negative in my opinion. There is a ton of opportunities with the TAM being so large.
