Current Employee The only focus is revenue. And the target is ever-changing, along with the product, the costs, and the team. There is no focus on sales management experience as their inexperience shows in various ways and their over reliance on a single sales methodology, likely because it was taught during a pay-for-the-name MBA program. There is also a culture here of favoritism and firing any and all opposition. If they do not agree to everything all the time, they're out. While keeping those who have never made a sale on a team where the focus is new business. Follow orders keeps you on payroll, so I follow orders and don't say what I really think or feel as I've watched them fire people for all kinds of illegal reasons. I dare not speak up or they will fire me as they have fired so many before me.
