Hitting target largely depends on your territory - specifically accounts that already have a DeepL footprint to grow existing usage or cross-sell new products. For Net-new white-space accounts, selling DeepL for a meaningful deal size is a looonnnnggg journey that will almost always start with a few smaller deals (land) and then grow (expand) if they see DeepL more strategically to displace LSPs, etc.

Not positive - the tool makes less and less sense on the market and LLMs are not catching up very fast with DeepL translation quality. Furthermore, the Agentic AI move seems to be a bit late and other agents from Google or OpenAI seem to be able to do more at a lower cost. The use of DeepL is becoming more and more niche.

Very amateur business with inexperienced people - struggle to scale. Easy to product to sell but operational efficiency internally is a too heavy so people spend a lot of time doing tasks with no value added
