Former Employee Pro:
- Most people you work with are great
- Training is phenomenal, base pay and commission are mediocre but stable. Can be great if you perform well.
Con:
- HR is archaic and management is not on your side when it comes to HR. Do not let you do your job in peace.
- In office 5 days a week. Must clock in and clock out, you are salaried.
- I was a top performer and they let me go because they claimed "I wasn't in my seat at my start time" Again, In office 5 days a week. My start time was 9 AM, I would clock in at 8:30 AM.
- They will discipline you for unnecessary reasons as above, but will not for missing quota - long leash, 8Qs of missed quota will put you on a PIP and you can get out as long as you hit sales activites.
- They will fire you even if you are top performer for claimed HR violations, will claim misconduct hurting your chances of receiving unemployment benefits.
