Former Employee I have to show my gratitude to Dynasplint for giving me a shot as it was my first ever sales job. My manager was awesome and however, the company was in pretty rough shape. My manager was kind enough to give me a heads-up that I should start looking for new employment based on the status of the company. Shortly after I left, my manager left, and shortly after that, her boss also left. I don't know anyone who is still there. This company was great at giving very entry-level reps a foot in the door to gain experience however they did not retain reps or train them very well.
