Former Employee Executive leadership is very disconnected from the realities of the market position of Elekta and the value proposition. R&D is very disjointed spending time and money on things that customers are not asking for or interested in. The people at Elekta are the only reason it's still in business. Incredibly passionate and dedicated employees, fighting the good fight. Pay is good out of necessity to keep employees that would otherwise leave for a better run company.
