Great Experience for someone breaking into medical device/B2B sales. Base pay is decent starting out but the longer you're there, you notice that new employees are paid at a higher rate to keep up with the market and current employees receive the typical 3% raise. Total comp/OTE is around $140k. There are some opportunites for development or promotion but they're mostly in a manager role.

The company feels stuck in the early 2010's. Lots of admin work bogged down by minutia. Onboarding process left A LOT to be desired.

Great opportunity to gain medical sales experience. Lots of additional tasks that are given to Account Executives that is more on the lines of admin work rather than in the field. Changed over to new CRM system and reporting system for numbers and metrics.
