Current Employee The company has experienced many positive changes over recent years, but it does not come close to the dysfunction that breeds internally. This is a small company of no more than 500 employees, yet it seems that it can’t hold its own.
Leadership can’t decide on a strong the direction to take the company. Even though they’ve acquired competitors, and finalized a merger, things are as chaotic as ever.
Nothing gets resolved or addressed in a timely manner. Sales reps are left to their own devices to complete paper process, which should be the role of other teams. Nobody takes initiative.
Customers are starting to become disgruntled, and express their discontent constantly. Whether it’s with product, service, or support.
The company has gone through 2 layoffs in consecutive years and each time it creates less trust, more burnout for employees, and poor quality of work from employees to customers.
The worse part is that employees express how bad things are at the company, yet leadership turns a blind eye to this and acts as if everything is okay. Browse Other Reviews
