Former Employee The product is impressive, but the leadership leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the toxic environment overshadows the many strengths the company offers. While it has the potential to be an industry leader, the lack of strong leadership, infrastructure, and a sense of community holds it back. Positions change frequently, goals and tasks are often shifted, and there’s a pervasive sense of ego at every level. I genuinely enjoyed the work because it was fun, but ultimately, the distractions of a chaotic environment made it hard to overlook the underlying issues.
