I believe this company has a strong culture, which is great. However, I think there is room for improvement when it comes to the training provided to its sales team.

Good incentives. A lot of growing pains, all with good intentions. Product market fit is high, as is the cost of the product, which makes for a complex sale for enterprise accounts. Competitive landscape is growing.
