Great company, fantastic people, excellent product-market fit. Unfortunately, the company isn't large enough to have adequate resources for sales enablement.

Good product but the market for the product is owned by 2 gigantic vendors. It is very difficult to break into this market. On top of that the leadership's insistence on focusing only on the big guys (inspite of seeing success in the SMB space) is making it tough for sales guys.
