Started great and earned over $200,000 in commission the first year. Production fell below demand and had an inferior substitute product for six months. When original product was back in stock, prices were drastically increased beyond being competitive in the market. Price increases were relentless, leading to plummeting company wide sales volumes, layoffs in operations and poor morale and nasty culture. The top producers posted decimated numbers versus previous two years.

My overall experience was very good, I got to learn a lot of how the sales world works and it gave me the taste to how successful I can be if I give my all. I believe that I had a lot of objections on a daily basis since it was such a difficult product to sell
