The category is broad, and there is a tidal wave of both direct and fringe competitors with more comprehensive functionality, integrations, and support. It makes selling very, very difficult. A 20k deal could take 6 months.

We averaged 110%-145% quarter over quarter for 11 quarter. Management is generally supportive but hands off. My whole team has been promoted 2x to SMB or CSM roles.
