Harvey is a great place to be right now. If you are willing to work hard you can certainly be rewarded and do very well. The company has some work to do on the culture side, but they are aware of it and have been actively improving (especially since the new CPO started). Additionally, I think there are opportunities to improve on the base comp side and benefits, given all the hats AEs wear here (New biz, upsell, AM, outreach, and renewals). Overall great experience and excited about the future.

So disorganized and cut throat. I have heard of at least 6 people who have been fired after me and it’s been less than two months. People, especially sales people, will never be able to prove their worth when the worth is undefined. My deals didn’t matter someone on the team didn’t like me and that was it for me.

Great product market fit, but it is a pretty cut throat environment, there have been about 10 reps let go or that have left since October, great potential but also high risk for flaming out.
