Former Employee My experience was half good and half bad. There was tons of training and the base salary was enough to let me survive especially during the 2 weeks of training to understand the products and customers. The difficulty was the rookie period of 90 days where you are essentially are calling old leads all day who have been pitched before several times already and gotten multiple calls from other reps.
