Over 100% turnover in the last year. This company only cares more about call counts than actual meetings. Management and rep turnover is rampant. If you want stability, this is not the place for you.

Awful, pretty much duped into joining this organization where they lied about majority of reps hitting quota, expectations of making 80-100 calls per day after I signed on. Most you can make is 150K for OTE, but prospects are way too smart to buy this outdated product.

Its a BDR/AE role. They track all metrics; call counts, talk time, pipeline, sales (obviously), and tend to micromanage. We've had 2 people hit quota in a month (separate months), so it's tough to hit your number and actually make money. I think the company is improving, and will be a great place to work as they build out the product. Right now, its a great learning...Read More
