Current Employee2.7Jun 19, 2024Its a BDR/AE role. They track all metrics; call counts, talk time, pipeline, sales (obviously), and tend to micromanage. We've had 2 people hit quota in a month (separate months), so it's tough to hit your number and actually make money. I think the company is improving, and will be a great place to work as they build out the product. Right now, its a great learning...Read More

Former Employee2.6Dec 1, 2023This is not a place I would recommend anyone to work if they want to make money. The comp plan was extremely strict (only 50% paid on sales if you were less that 100% to goal, which is extremely difficult to achieve in a non-mature company), and no one was hitting goals.
