Former Employee They do a good job training you here. Unfortunately the way the pay works is that you only earn anything beyond your base salary if you sell more than you did the previous year. So if you are flat YoY you only earn your base. This structure makes it hard to have high earning years multiple years in a row. Also, another negative is that you will sometimes have to compete for accounts internally.
