Current Employee Amazing sales leadership that unfortunately is not fully trusted.
by other executives. Very toxic culture between leadership members at this company (politics), making collaboration between departments nearly impossible.
Recently fired/ pushed out almost all of the executives and replaced them with consultants. It’s pretty clear that the intention is to sell this company in the near future, unfortunately we’re still trying to find where we fit in the market and because of that new sales have been nearly impossible.
Benefits are nearly nonexistent, but the base pay is high enough that it almost evens out. No presidents club, no real investment in the sales organization, and don’t expect any swag or employee events.
This company revolves around the customer experience department, which I believe it’s going to eventually be its downfall, and the reason the company is in the position that it is today.
