Current Employee I've been here nearly 7 years. Worked in majors, enterprise, commercial select, and mid-market. Sometimes mapped 1:1 with seller currently at least 4:1.
I've had some bad years especially as they continue to divide regions and hire more sellers, I had to move around and find my accounts and inbound opportunities. I'm happier and earning more this year than the last 2.
Infoblox continues to ratchet up pricing which is a constant objection, and continues to open more and more seller headcount, juicing revenue for an IPO I'm sure. None of us have equity, execs will cash out nicely. Typical I'm sure for VC/PE owned software firms. Management has proven me wrong, they have been able to successfully grow the last few years faster than I believed they could as a 25 year old company. Product innovation over the last year or two has been impressive.
