My experience was good until all leadership in sales org changed to a former team of EMC. The culture shifted after Jesper left and the customer was viewed as cash not valued in terms of the success of the customer. Many simple customer service requests could take 6 months or longer to be addressed fully. The sales leaders micromanage and most have not sold in the space personally.

Good network product however it’s a stretch to reimagine themselves as a security company. SaaS product was undercooked but that may have changed. Definite boys club …. Plenty of looking after themselves. APJ leadership has had massive turnover along with most rep regions
