Customer Development Representative II. Which is responsible for renewals and refresh. Company culture is awesome, leadership is chill. You have flexible opportunities to move to other roles later. Only thing that could be better is that it’s a 70:30 Base:Comission ratio in the role. But they pay higher than almost everyone for this role.

Hard to articulate how disorganizaed this company is. So many people in roles that should be an ideal work environment but the lack of synergy makes it really frustrating. CYA is prioritized over collaboration.
