Product innovation is steady, but could be quicker to market. It's a very competitive industry and often Marketing is improving but could be better to position the company better amongst competitors. Plenty of inbound leads, but it could be hit or miss on ICP fit as a result of marketing and/or BDR/SDR targeting and lead qualification

Great product but poor leadership. I’d advise leadership to place more value on the sales team including pay and culture improvement.

Lower base salary compared to rest of the industry. Poor benefits, can make decent money if exceed quota.
