Former Employee If I could prevent just one person from falling into the trap of working for this organization. This note will have been a success. Training is two weeks long, albeit most about their reporting structure. It's really more about throwing you out of the nest to see if you can fly. The "managers" are unavailable and hostile towards anything other than success. Having played sports growing up, I was still disgusted with the aggressive, toxic and abusive way that leadership talked to it's employees. Especially since you were on an island with the client. They act like a life boat of consultation, but in reality they were more likely to commit the finishing blow. The meetings were set up on false pretense most of the time and the prospects don't have time or want to talk to you. This is a greedy business model similar to that of a loan shark, preying on small mom and pop businesses who need genuine help. Travel is 100%. I spent a month traveling to 3 different states a week on severely inadequate per diem. Late flights, followed by long drives, and early mornings. The ONLY potential upside is the earning potential.
