Current Employee Overall, the team at Isentia is great to work with, and there's a positive local culture and flexi way of working. However, since the acquisition by Pulsar Group, many decisions appear short-term, leaving uncertainty about our direction. Locally, teams are doing their best to achieve more with fewer resources. My view is that operationally, the new global work processes haven't been effective for the APAC region. The forced adoption of Salesforce UK set up has been frustratingly slow and inefficient. Despite these challenges, recent promotions in APAC leadership are promising.
